The best estate agent I have come across as a tenant... Throughout the 3 years of my tenancy they were very responsive, helpful and all the issues I had reported were dealt with immediately. Once, I managed to lock myself out of the property on a weekend. I called Kenyons and in 15 minutes one of the agents drove down to the flat and let me in - they could have easily asked me to call a locksmith... Would recommend.
